The 70’s definitely did not pull any punches when it came to parenting pamphlets. Another big thanks to my mom, the attic and her ability to hold onto everything for making this blog post possible. Anybody remember when Punky Brewster and her friend were playing hide and seek in the junkyard. And the friend climbs into an old freezer and then almost dies trapped in it because Punky was lazy and gave up searching to go get a milkshake. That shit was dire. I didn’t go near my refrigerator for a month.
