This book is awesome. I think this is the one where they make the mush look like that awful teacher and then it comes to life. It’s so relevant to me as a person. 
It should have one a Whitbread award for spectacularity and a McArthur grant for genius.

did you read the story about the talking pigtails?  or how there’s no 19th floor?

I like to read and write in the children’s section of the Beverly Hills library. One reason is that I can easily distract myself with all my childhood favorites. I picked this one from the shelf and read, like, half of it.
