A fifteen dollar convenience charge PER TICKET?!? That’s insane. It’s certainly not convenient and I have no concept why you require that much money to send me an email with the tickets embedded. FIFTEEN DOLLARS on a fifty dollar ticket?!? That’s almost 33% or 1/3rd of the ticket price! I propose you change your name to TicketFührer because it’s obvious the power has gone to your head.
