So I did three shows today for about 300 to 400 high schoolers in each. Some of the jokes within the show are set and unchangeable but other you can change the specifics somewhat. One joke involves a tv reference and how we’ve lost one of our other actors to it. It’s not a brilliant joke mind you and I didn’t write it but it gets such wildly different reactions depending on which show you mention so I’ve taken to just grabbing whatever tv show happens to pop into my head at the time. 

24 got a medium sized laugh.

Cougartown got a very specific big laugh from a small group of about twenty.

Scrubs got nothing. Zero. Didn’t register like they had never heard of it. 

Good thing I mentioned modern warfare 2 earlier in the show so they know I’m hip and with it. Either way. Time for scrubs to move on. Next show I’m gonna reference iCarly.
